These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of preferic.com and the services provided by Preferic Solutions (“Preferic”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Preferic provides digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid advertising management, website design and development, content marketing, conversion rate optimisation and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a proposal or service agreement (“Agreement”). If an Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Agreement applies.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work starts once the Agreement is accepted, including by electronic signature, and any required deposit is received.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless your Agreement states another currency.
• Unless agreed otherwise, project work requires an upfront deposit, usually 50% of the project fee, with the balance due on completion and before final handover.
• Monthly services are billed in advance each month.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
• Any bank, currency conversion or payment processing charges on your side are paid by you.
• We may pause work if a payment is more than 14 days overdue.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and platforms we need, content, approvals and feedback. Delays on your side may extend timelines. Advertising spend and third-party software costs are paid by you unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Results

We work with professional skill and care and follow industry best practice. Search engines, advertising platforms and marketplaces are controlled by third parties and change their rules and algorithms, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue.

6. Intellectual property

On payment in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any of them included in your deliverables. Content on this website belongs to Preferic Solutions and may not be copied without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the project. Where a separate non-disclosure agreement is signed, it applies.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Service delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or use it for any unlawful purpose. Information on this website is general guidance and may change without notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve any concern with you in good faith first.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its updated date.
