Shipping & Delivery Policy

Preferic Solutions provides digital marketing services only. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

1. How our services are delivered

All services are delivered online:

• reports, audits, strategies and documents by email or shared online folders;
• work on your website, analytics and advertising accounts directly on those platforms, using the access you give us;
• meetings and updates by video call, email or messaging.

2. When delivery starts

Your project starts once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received. We schedule a kickoff call within 2 business days of payment, and the timeline in your proposal starts from the kickoff call.

3. Delivery timelines

Timelines for each deliverable are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Monthly services such as SEO and advertising management run continuously, with progress reports shared every month.

4. Delays

Timelines depend on timely access, content and approvals from you. If anything on our side delays delivery, we tell you promptly and agree a revised date.

5. Confirmation

You receive an email confirmation of your payment and your signed agreement, and we confirm each major deliverable by email when it is completed.
